Excellent guidance in preparing my house for sale, and in getting the most proceeds from the sale. He engaged an awesome team to ‘stage’ the house, and they produced excellent views of the house for the sale website. Keith managed multiple visits to the house by interested buyers, and presented  the house in a very positive context. Actual closing process took a bit longer than anticipated due to buyer’s financing approach. I appreciated Keith’s skill, experience, and guidance throughout the house sale process!
