I am so happy we found Keith Ramach for our realtor, he truly made what is usually a very stressful experience a truly easy transaction. Keith met us at the house and made excellent recommendations on what to work on, and perhaps more importantly — what not to worry about or spend money on — in getting the house up for sale and getting the most bang for our buck without spending extra money unnecessarily. His insights were very helpful, while at the same time he was not pushy. I had read his reviews and looked at the houses he had up for sale at the time and loved the professional-looking photos of the properties. In this day and age, virtually everyone “tours” the photos of the homes and if they don’t present well, they will cross your home off their list. Keith uses a professional photographer and timed the visit to capture our home, rooms, and outdoor locations in the best possible light. He was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and never made us feel like he was too busy to talk or answer questions. We had 5 offers within 2 1/2 days and Keith negotiated all the terms in collaboration with our wishes and we sold the house for more than the listing price. The closing went smoothly about a month later. The process was so smooth and easy, I couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend Keith to anyone making a transition.
